If you're not wagging your tail in satisfaction with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns within 60 days* of your purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return criteria outlined below. For products purchased from our authorized dealers, their return policy will apply — please reach out to them for details.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to us at sales@pozva.com for a Return/Exchange Authorization. Once you receive authorization, you can send your returns or exchanges to us.
Remember to include your name and order number with the return or exchange, so we can swiftly process it.

Pozva's Return Policy Details
To qualify for a return, keep in mind:
- The return should be for an item purchased from Pozva.com.
- All items must be non-customized, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items bought outside of Pozva.com. For dealer purchases, please contact them directly.
*Special note: Orders placed from 11/1/23 to 11/30/23 can be returned within 60 days of purchase. All other orders have a 30-day return window.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your refund, which may take longer during peak periods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method(s). We do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products, unless a Pozva merchandise credit was used for the purchase. Customized items are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns on products from outside Pozva.com. For dealer purchases, contact them directly.
Original shipping costs and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an order that shipped for free, our cost of shipping that free order will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyers
For exchanges, return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
Pozva does not match prices with dealers or competitors.
Shipping Your Return
Follow these guidelines for a smooth return process:
- Pack your item securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Use the original packaging or your own, removing any old tracking numbers.
- Include any related paperwork, like the RMA number or original order number, inside the box. Do not write the order number directly on the product.
- Attach the provided return label securely to the package.
- Ship your return as indicated on the shipping label. Keep a copy of your drop-off receipt.
If using your own shipper, include the original order information or RMA number inside the box (not on the product). Choose a service with package tracking and keep the tracking number. Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
