At Pozva, we understand the eagerness of your four-legged friend to explore the great outdoors. That's why we try our best to process your order quickly, ensuring you can equip your furry companion with our quality gear without delay. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within one to two business days, helping you and your pup promptly gear up for your next adventure. Please note that all delivery dates are approximate, and we take a paw on non-business days and holidays.

When will my order take off? Every Pozva product is handcrafted with care, ensuring top-notch quality for your adventurous pup. Due to our detailed crafting process, orders placed before 10 a.m. (PT) will be ready to embark on their journey within two business days. Orders placed after 10 a.m. (PT) will set off on the following business day, giving us the time to perfect each item for your furry friend's outdoor escapades.
Tracking your pack's journey: You'll receive an email with shipping and tracking details as soon as your order sprints out of our warehouse. Use the tracking number(s) provided to follow the adventure of your order via the carrier's website. If you have any questions, bark at us for assistance!
Shipping to APO/FPO addresses? Absolutely! We use FedEx SmartPost for these deliveries. Please choose the Economy Shipping option at checkout.
Does Pozva ship internationally? Currently, Pozva ships to Canada. For other international destinations, please stay tuned.
International Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by the customer's respective country.
Pozva's shipping holidays: We pause shipping on the following dates, and shipping estimates will resume on the next business day:
